3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• No Legal or Financial Liability: InspectWrite is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or legal disputes arising from reliance on AI-generated reports.
• User Responsibility: Inspectors bear full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before submitting reports to clients.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• "As-Is" Service: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• No Liability for Missed Defects: InspectWrite does not guarantee that all property defects, hazards, or structural issues will be identified in any report generated using our Services.
• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless InspectWrite, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Services, including but not limited to:
  • Claims made by homebuyers due to defects not detected during an inspection.
  • Legal disputes arising from AI-generated reports.
  • Fines, legal costs, or liabilities incurred due to reliance on our Services.
